Refund policy

the return of any sauna once shipped is prohibited. The only exception made to this policy is for units determined by Amara Saunas to have a defect in materials and/or workmanship beyond repair. seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of payment if buyer fails to fully comply with or violates terms and conditions of this policy.
